Serving South Africa from Durban and KwaZulu-Natal

Cyber security for South African businesses

Lelotech Integrated Solutions helps small and mid-sized organisations across South Africa protect the systems their business runs on — laptops, email, cloud accounts, and backups. We are based in Durban and KwaZulu-Natal, offering onsite service throughout the region and remote support nationwide. We start by finding out where you are actually exposed, fix what matters first, and then keep watch so problems are caught early.

What we protect

Most breaches we are called into are not sophisticated. They come through an everyday gap that nobody owned. These are the four areas we lock down first.

Endpoints and laptops

Managed endpoint protection on every workstation, laptop, and server, with patching kept current so known vulnerabilities are closed before they are used against you.

Email and phishing

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace hardening, mail filtering, and multi-factor authentication on every mailbox — email remains the most common way businesses are breached.

Backups and recovery

Backups that are monitored and actually restore-tested, so a ransomware incident or hardware failure means a recovery, not a shutdown.

User access control

Least-privilege accounts, clean joiner and leaver processes, shared-password cleanup, and admin rights kept where they belong.

From assessment to protection

1. Security assessment

We review your devices, mailboxes, network, cloud tenancy, backups, and account permissions, then walk you through what we found in plain language — no scare tactics.

2. Fix the urgent gaps

Unprotected endpoints, mailboxes without MFA, unpatched systems, and unverified backups are dealt with first, because that is where most real incidents start.

3. Ongoing protection

Your environment moves onto continuous monitoring and maintenance, with a named contact and agreed response times when something needs attention.

4. Review and improve

Regular reviews cover new risks, staff changes, and the next improvements worth making, so security keeps pace with the business.

What a first engagement looks like

Most clients start with a security assessment. You tell us how many people you have and what systems you use; we review the environment remotely and onsite in Durban and KwaZulu-Natal where needed, then send a written summary of the gaps, ranked by how much risk each one carries and what it takes to close it.

There is no obligation to take an ongoing plan afterwards. If you have an internal IT person, the report is theirs to act on. If you would rather we handle it, we quote for the remediation work and, if it suits you, ongoing protection.
