Lelotech Integrated Solutions is the responsible party (data controller) for personal information submitted through this site. We are based in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, and serve clients across South Africa.

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your company name (optional)
• Your email address
• The issue type you select
• The message you write
• The date and time you gave consent, together with your consent confirmation
• A one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only to limit spam and automated submissions. The hash cannot be reversed back into your IP address.

We do not ask for identity numbers, banking details, or any special personal information through this website. Please do not include sensitive details in your message.

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and follow up on the support or security work you asked about. The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the contact form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Enquiries are stored in our website database and emailed to admin@lelotech.tech through our email delivery provider so that we can reply. These providers process the information on our behalf and only for that purpose. We do not share your enquiry with any other third party unless you ask us to, or unless we are legally required to.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and to maintain a record of the business relationship. If you ask us to delete your enquiry and we have no legal reason to keep it, we will remove it.

Enquiry data is stored in an access-controlled database. Public visitors cannot read submissions; access is limited to authorised Lelotech administrators who sign in. Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and the contact form includes spam and rate-limiting protection.

This site loads a Google tag (Google Ads / Google Analytics) which may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure how visitors find and use the site, and whether a contact form submission followed an advert. This is used in aggregate to improve the site and our advertising, not to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Under POPIA, and equivalent GDPR principles, you may:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date
• Ask us to delete your information where we have no reason to keep it
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Object to how we are using your information
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe we have handled your information unlawfully
